I'll let this one speak for itself - I feel like it's fairly subjective depending on your own personal life experiences. This is the latest song I've written as of release date, closing this release's loose narrative and granting some insight into my position in the present day.
lyrics
We chase our youth away in drains
Under the freeways and rail lines
Or else we're on suburban corners
Waitin longer every time
Either on a come-up or a comedown from somethin or someone
At any given moment half the time that we're alive
Jump between misdemeanors and felonies
To keep your lust for life lit bright and your head held high
Who can even say what's wrong or right
If you're happy when you wake up you're doin better than fine
She said, “I don't understand how you can stay awake that long”
She said, “this ain't livin, go get some sleep and get on with it”
You poured your heart into about 5 songs
That you still play to yourself sometimes
And the things that drive you forward
Came with warnings you left behind
Trails of words that fell on deaf ears
Cos suffice to say that love is blind
So they work their 40 hours
Payin off degrees that they struggle to justify
If your time is in your hands you're doin better than fine
He said, “I don't understand how you can stay awake that long”
He said, “this ain't livin, go get some sleep and get on with it”
He said he doesn't understand
He doesn’t understand
How could they understand?
She said, “I don't understand how you can stay awake that long”
Probably the only release to ever turn 'Launcestonian' into a genre. BrodyGreg is my co-Sausage Roll Bandit and makes good raw honest music that'll guarantee an enriching Sunday worship. Jude Joseph
This is the 3-track EP that heralded to the global folk punk scene Chris Burrows' return. I'm not on any of the current releases, but I play in this band now and new tunes are slowly on their way. Jude Joseph
Another 3-track EP that sees local Victorian folk punks the Dead Peasants take to a whole new level of quality in their sound production and bodes incredibly well for their future releases. Jude Joseph
fell into Days n' Daze when I was travelling, thanks to some of my road dogs. I don't have that freedom anymore but I feel a piece of it Everytime I listen to their music. love y'all! thefool309
Comme d'habitude, j'ai bien du mal à choisir une "favorite track" avec ce groupe de Trashgrass qui excelle dans son domaine.
Mais là, j'ai réussi à me décider finalement. XD EklektikTrip
Catchy, caustic goodness: straight-shooting hardcore clashes with boisterous blues rock on the debut from Austin outfit Drip-Fed. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 14, 2021
